I don’t usually do reviews, but I couldn’t resist giving a plug to the guys at GSS. I have always paid top dollar for the geek squad and was never satisfied. My son's computer stopped working, wouldn’t even boot up. I knew it was bad and he is in the process of job hunting so the thought of having to buy a new computer for him was frustrating. I just moved to Oxford and drive by GSS every day and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. The hard drive was damaged so bad that we couldn’t even get the data off it. within four days they put a brand-new hard drive in and reinstalled the operating system. This was all done for just a fraction of what I pay at best buy. I couldn’t believe it when they told me the price. maybe a 10th of the cost of a new computer (a good one). The service was outstanding and super friendly. My son said it is running even better than it did when it was new. I will definitely use them for everything moving forward! They have also followed three times since and it has only been a couple of weeks. Great place!
