Proactive Monthly Remote Support

GSS Technology is pleased to introduce a new service called Remote Assistance Technical Support or RATS. Much like the animals in real life the RATS program is designed to avoid nuisances that can be harmful to anyone's network.

The RATS program was designed to allow GSS Technology consultants to perform monthly remote monitoring for a clients' systems to avoid potential outages that can occur on their network. In other words the average end user doesn't think much about problems that can occur within their network or personal computers until the problem actually happens.

Once a failure happens, the repairs can be costly and time-consuming. There are, however, preventive measures that the end user can take to decrease the likelihood of running into problems with their network which will allow for a smooth and efficient operation and also to lessen any damage that does occur despite best efforts to avoid failures.

The Bottom line is that networks and/or personal computers can become a nuisance if preventative maintenance is not performed. GSS Technology offers a full service remote assistance support team who can provide that preventative maintenance and make sure PC/Server issues don't arise.
